I remember the WRT54G being a pain in the ass when trying to connect to our VPN. I believe it was a firmware issue that Linksys was aware of, but the fix wasn't available yet and we needed to get the person connected, so the user purchased a different router.

After flashing to the mini version, I couldn't flash to the VPN version at first, as I was immediately redirected to a blank page when trying to flash.
